Min Order value is £135 for the UK. VAT, customs duty, and courier fees may apply on delivery.

# UK Shipping Policy

Orders shipped from Belgium to the United Kingdom are subject to customs and import procedures following Brexit.

Orders for delivery to the United Kingdom are accepted only when the value of goods in the order is above £135. Orders at or below £135 are not accepted for UK delivery due to complexity of the process.

## VAT and Import Charges

The customer is responsible for paying any import VAT, customs clearance charges, carrier handling fees, or other import-related costs requested by Royal Mail, a courier, or UK customs authorities before delivery or release of the parcel.

Delays, returns, or additional charges caused by incorrect delivery details, unpaid import charges, or missing customs information are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused because import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other required charges are not paid, unfortunately the order will not be refunded.
