• Include your order number in the subject or message.
• If you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to ask in advance.
How to Prepare Your Document
• Please send us a scanned version of your chosen paper. (To ensure the best results, we aren’t able to accept photos.)
• Aim for a white or light, solid-colored background: this helps highlight your memory beautifully.
• Your handwriting should be in bold black ink and easy to read, so your message stays clear and heartfelt on the finished ceramic.
• Because our stencils are hand-painted with care, smaller or messier handwriting can sometimes become less legible during firing and glazing. Choosing moderately sized and neat writing helps preserve your words perfectly.
• If your memento is on lined or dotted paper, those charming details will be part of your finished piece.
